una reto a escala mundial si est\u00e1 justificado por un bien mayor.<\/p>\n<p>Un claro ejemplo lo encontramos en la industria de la fricci\u00f3n. Lo que empez\u00f3 hace unos a\u00f1os en Washington y California, cuando el cobre fue considerado como la principal causa de la extinci\u00f3n del salm\u00f3n y la trucha arco iris, debido a su comportamiento neurot\u00f3xico en peces, se ha convertido en un proyecto prioritario para casi todos los laboratorios de desarrollo de materiales en todo el mundo. Sin embargo, a pesar que todav\u00eda hay algunas \u00e1reas grises por dilucidar, es innegable que los principales fabricantes de sistemas de frenos y veh\u00edculos est\u00e1n r<strong>equiriendo formulaciones sin cobre.<\/strong>   <\/p>\n<p>La industria de la fricci\u00f3n va en esta direcci\u00f3n, pero <strong>no es tarea f\u00e1cil, pues no existe todav\u00eda un reemplazo<\/strong> directo de este material dadas propiedades \u00fanicas. Un buen punto de partida podr\u00eda pasar por reducir el %Cu, ya que se permitir\u00e1 un 5% Cu hasta 2025. Abordaremos este escenario m\u00e1s detalladamente en un pr\u00f3ximo caso de estudio.  <\/p>\n<p>Sin embargo, hay algunas empresas que est\u00e1n utilizando una cantidad ya muy reducida de cobre en el total de sus formulaciones. Ya sea porque est\u00e1n usando lat\u00f3n en lugar de cobre o porque el %Cu de por s\u00ed es muy bajo. <\/p>\n<p>En ese caso, nuestras virutas de fundici\u00f3n gris certificadas seg\u00fan EN GJL 250, conocidas como <b>ecoCast<\/b>, pueden convertirse en un material alternativo al lat\u00f3n para aquellos fabricantes que deseen eliminar cualquier producto que contenga cobre de sus transferencia estable al mismo tiempo que se protege la resina fen\u00f3lica de la degradaci\u00f3n para mantener la integridad de todo el material de fricci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n<p>La alta conductividad t\u00e9rmica del cobre combinada con su capacidad para crear mesetas primarias hace imposible poder encontrar un reemplazo directo.
