Endothermic additives are designed to improve performance at medium and high temperatures

They have proven effective on reducing wear and provide excellent friction stability. This concept is now used in Cu-free OE, OES and AM applications all around the globe.

This chemical behaviour provides a differential effect which has been proven effective to provide optimal performance by replacing copper in existing formulations.

Both enviroLube and endoLube content low melting point metallic phases providing heat removal from the pad/rotor interface. This property plays an important role in the development of copper free formulations. Depending on the grade, our customers will find the right choice for their application.

The ingenious composition of MA13 on the other hand, increase thermal conductivity of the pad, keeping the friction surface cooler and providing ductile primary plateaus.
