RIMSA supplies 40Tn of steel fibers for a 10,000m² pavement

Rimsa supplies 40,000 Kgs of steel fibers for concrete reinforcement for the construction of the pavement of a 10,000 m² industrial warehouse located in LLinars del Vallès (Barcelona) owned by Alucan Entec.

The reference R WAVE 50/1 has been selected for this other because of its tensile strength of 850 N / mm². Thanks to the fibers, it increases the flexural strength of the pavement and it is possible to improve its toughness, due to the fast and safe introduction and mixing of the fibers in the concrete.

The use of a fiber with such characteristics, and an effective dosage and application thereof, has resulted in a flooring like the one shown in the photograph below
